Ps3 Slim Will Certainly Support Three-dimensional Blu-ray

I just hit my head about the ceiling following reading this: The Blu-ray Disc Association has announced that the PS3 are likely to be completely compatible with 3D standards.

It is incredible news for PS3 owners, who won't require to shell out cash for a new player for 3D movies. According to the newly-released specs, Sony's console will play motion pictures in 3D 1080p, despite the fact that functioning with any and each type of 3D display. That involves LCD, plasma and projection in full HD, whilst allowing for 2D playback on both current and 3D players. Adding towards the fun will be 3D menus and navigation, giving Playstation 3 owners the full futuristic experience.

The crazier portion is that most current Blu-ray players will not support 3D. That means your buddy's standalone Blu-ray player will probably be useless, though you are going to enjoy Playstation 3 games and 3D movies on your exisiting console. It's optimistic to piss off those proprietors but you will not hear me complaining.

Definitely you may still require to buy a Tv to support the 3D capability, but hey, half the battle has alreadybeen won. There's no release date for 3D motion pictures yet, but further announcements are selected to follow. Inside the meantime, Playstation 3 proprietors can rest easy and appear forward on the future of watching 3D movies with their console.
